  Audio Integrators was listed as an Authorized Distributor so I chose to engage Audio Integrators to integrate and install in my system. I have a "complicated" system with multiple subs and amplifiers and it was evident immediately when speaking with one of the principles that they knew exactly what they were doing. Two men showed up the day of the appointment right on time and were fantastic. Both were professional and friendly. Subsequent to the install we encountered an issue and the company could not have handled the problem any better; and that's very much how I judge the quality and integrity of any company, but especially an audio video company. How GOOD and ACCESSIBLE is the company if there is a problem? Well, this company is OUTSTANDING! I had a resolution within a few days and the crew couldn't have been nicer. Whether you need help with a simple sub or TV installation, or a complete Dolby Atmos system, I highly recommend Audio Integrators.

  We were in the market for automatic shades and every company we reached out to only offered these shades that received power from either regular “Duracell” batteries or we had to add a power source near each shade to plug in....until we came across Audio Integrators. We were so thrilled they offered another option with a Lithium based electronic shade where I can control from my phone , Alexa or wall control unit. Best part is these shades last a full year without having to charge. Dustin came to my house, was professional throughout the entire pricing and install. His crew were friendly to my family and kids, cleaned up daily and were always on time and the final product is incredible. I can make my shades go up and down when I’m out of town , set on a timer or walk in my house and tell Alexa to put up the shades. The service provided since the install is nothing short of amazing. The small to little issues I have had they have always answered my questions and sent his crew to handle the issues. If you are in the market for shades or any type of electronic install start with this company! We are so thankful we found this company and our 20+ electronic shades are amazing!

  Once again, Ben went above and beyond by IMMEDIATELY returning our email and call to try to fix the issue late in the evening. When it became apparent he needed to be here in person, he arrived at the first available time of 7:00am this morning to fix it. He knew I had a luncheon planned, and how much it meant to have the system functioning properly. Ben is fantastic, and always ensures every single aspect of our entire system and ancillary items are fully functional before leaving. He also take the time to follow up after the appointment to ensure all is well. He truly is an asset to the company, and he ALWAYS knows precisely what to do. THANK YOU BEN!!!! Dustin, we've been loyal customers of Audio Integrators since we moved to Arizona early in 2013. We have referred Audio Integrators numerous times. The initial system installations and multiple phases of completion are great and where the relationship begins.... but it is not forgetting the client, and servicing the system after the fact....that really matters most. It's not just about the sale...it's about everything after the sale.
